Actually it's not working in IE at all. Just had someone else check it.

Well, I didn't want to give up yet on CSS for form layout.  I worked on a few 
ideas and came up with this page:
One caveat, on my IE it doesn't display at all.  Only in FF

I wouldn't mind some feedback, regarding the layout.  Basically I broke the one 
area into two divs with the form surround both.
