I noticed this behavior when I tried to align four table-cells. Under 
some conditions, only three cells were placed in one anonymous row, the 
last one, coming too late, was falling below the "row".

I thought that this behavior could be normal, not a bug, since the 
anonymous table-row had to be "closed" after a certain period.

The fix was to define the display:table-row and the display:table 
explicitly on wrappers.
