David, if you have the page on a public server and provide a clickable 
link to it in your post, someone on the list will be able to give you 
specific suggestions to resolve the problem. Almost all the time, the 
compliant browsers (ff, opera, safari, and others) get it right-- while 
ie gets it wrong.
