Tidy Online <http://infohound.net/tidy/> will correct your (his) problem.
You will (he will) need to add alt's for each image like so:
<img src="/clinical/images/page_white_delete.png" title="Remove" 
onclick="alert('Remove');"  alt="" />
You will (he will) then need to validate the markup again.
The CSS is valid.
