Hallo,

please take a look at the following exemplary page:
http://www.zeno.org/Schmidt-1902/A/Petri,+Familie

The middle column has a footer, containing the words "Quelle:", "Permalink:"
etc.

If I load the page in IE 6 and scroll down (because this particular page
usually is longer than the browser windows height), the border around the
middle column is mystically not drawn to the left and to the right of this
footer. Sometimes if I use the scroll bar and move up and down a couple of
times, suddenly the border is drawn. If I use the mouse wheel, I have the
feeling that the border is never drawn. But if I move to the bottom of the
page and the do a refresh, the browser will reload the page and instantly
draw the bottom portion, only then the border is drawn. If I then scroll up
and down, the border vanishes again.

Any idea what this could be?

Best regards,
