First the relevant info:
The site: http://www.kipke.com/
CSS: http://www.kipke.com/kipke.css
IE 6 and below CSS: http://www.kipke.com/kipkeIE.css
IE 7 CSS (used only on the "events" page currently for testing
purposes): http://www.kipke.com/kipkeIE7.css

I am having several issues pertaining to floats, borders, and the
like, which can all be seen at http://www.kipke.com/news.html by
pulling up a "find" box and inputting "Kipke Endorsed by Councilman
Ron Dillon, Jr." At a glance this may or may not look ok, but if any
link is moused over, the image below the header will shift about 5px
to the left. In addition, the border may or may not be uniform
dashes, and the blockquote near the image will not wrap around the
image at all when the screen size is reduced in any version of IE.

The image shifting problem on link-mouseover I believe I have solved
on http://www.kipke.com/events.html by adding an extra conditional
statement to call a CSS file only if IE 7 is the browser. I left this
page fixed and the others not so that people could compare and try to
break my solution. I would also *love* to have a way to incorporate
this fix for IE 7 without having to create an entirely new CSS file
just for one hack. Any ideas there?

I have not figured out what is up with the blockquote not wrapping on
the news page, nor have I ever had a bead on how to repair the
semi-broken dashed borders wherever they may be.

Any help? Are there any bugs I'm missing?

Thanks a bunch as always.
