I still would quite like to have the majority of my sites' audiences experience a layout relying on the visual properties that as of the moment can only be implemented in tables. Once you've gotten hover the 'hump', there's still the mountain of CSS features that will not reliably reach a significant audience for years yet (based on the history of CSS implementation by developers so far). And besides, EM doesn't really seem to be somebody crawling about in the foothills.
