true, though i've seen situations where the css won't do the trick on all
browsers (ie in quircks mode maybe though i'd have to test it out again for
specifics). in those cases, i had to add the cellpadding line into the
html. in one of the cases the style sheet was quite simple and i verified
that it wasn't a specificity conflict. there is, however, always the
possibility that i missed something.
