I want to produce a short course on how to achieve this type of layout using CSS. I haven't seen the layout used on other sites nor in CSS forums! Does it work, especially when browser is resized? Suggestions for overcoming CSS shortfalls appreciated. It's meant to be compatible with "modern" browsers. TIA...
