You may like to add IE7 to your limited repertoire. I do see a difference between IE and Firefox font sizes. But that is expected, as my laptop runs at 120 DPI. To adjust to a nominal 12 point default size at this setting, IE (and Opera) increase the font size by 25%. Firefox makes no such adjustment. Hope this helps.
