I've added the clear:both; and I've tried increasing the footer width,
but still no luck with IE7 on Windows XP. Other versions of IE seem to
work on Windows. What am I doing wrong?

I also have a problem with my .nav li a:active {
       color: #000;
       background: #fff;
       }
command which doesn't work.
