You are doing alright on IE/6.0 and IE/7.0, with the exception that IE/6 does not support transparent png's. You'll find a work around here <http://www.twinhelix.com/css/iepngfix/>. You may or may not want to let go of the frozen (pixel based font-size) fonts for IE users. It's a good idea to validate your CSS and markup.
