Hi David, A lot of screen reader users will navigate via header markup. If you put a header tag immediately prior to the UL it will allow them to go right to the navigation. The pages should also have a language declaration. Recommend using <strong> as opposed to <b> in the interest of semantic markup. There are plans to deprecate the i and b tags because they're not semantic, they're presentational.
