They actually insisted on the h2 tag. And they want the H2 tag to
"look" like a normal link. Oy.

In a sense, it's sorta-kinda semantic... I mean, it is a "title" of a
definition... But the fact that there's a kind of header tag for a
header tag does make me grinch...
