Sorry, the rule wasn't quite specific enough. You could add  
#photonavbox #photonav a:hover or some other way of ensuring that the  
rule has a higher specificity.

It looks like you are changing things as I write this which makes it  
tricky to see what's going on so I'll leave you to it. Next time it  
would probably help to leave stable versions in place at least until  
people have looked into the issue.
