Thanks, Tim, that did the trick.

I know the set up on the nav bar is a but odd, but I'm dealing with a
cantankerous CMS. It's just the way it is.

I am curious to know why this was happening in Opera 9/Mac. I checked in
Opera 10/XP and like TR said, it loads fine.
