Ah...  we misunderstood, sort of.  That is correct behavior.  The same will 
hold true for any other units not based on the font size (pt, mm, cm, in, etc). 
The bug in IE we mentioned keeps the text from resizing with the +/- commands 
as well.  But that still doesn't take into account the min-font-size setting.  
Many of the people that reset their default font size also increase the minimum 
font size so that they can read things, no matter what.  and that will still 
break any carefully crafted pixel-based layouts.
