Chetan, thank you for going to the trouble to create better code. I'm studying it now to see how you approached the problem. Regarding the validation... I have run this page through both the markup and CSS validators. As you know, the CSS validator spits out a ton of error messages. Some of these are from the gradients, and if I understand correctly, there's not much I can do about what the validator thinks of commonly-used gradient CSS. The other errors seem to stem mostly from the fact that the style sheet contains numerous selectors from test pages and other experiments. It desperately needs housecleaning.
