I guess I wasn't as clear as I could have been, but lets forget about
the callout at this point. With that out of the picture for now, my
example page is exactly what I want but when the window width is
reduced, it breaks. David Hucklesby's solution is essentially what I
figured out on my own. But is there another/better way?
