I'm not talking about the scrollbar that happens when a browser
window gets short/narrow.
I am talking about the scrollbar that sprouts *inside* the browser
window after I added that image. If you scroll *that* scrollbar back
and forth, the center content appears to slide under the background
color, and just isn't good form.
but yes, I do realize that a person can make their browser window
small enough to cause the browser to display scrollbars.
