It will continue to be an issue only if you continue to support it. As soon as
you draw a line somwehere then your target audience will also switch quickly.
This assumes you have a decent product that your customers can't live without.
If you don't have any decent products then why waste time supporting old and
dated IE? You need to take bold steps to move on from IE6 and IE7.
In fact from April 2014 you should only support IE9 and upwards because by that
time majority of people are likely to be on Windows 7 and IE9 or later.
