Yea I saw that in the article: 
http://css-tricks.com/can-we-prevent-css-caching/ but there was debate within 
the comments on which format was better to implement. Some involved a more 
involved query for better accuracy - which only added to my feeling of 
overwhelm. And then, what happens when your not using PHP but only HTML markup?
