The addition of...

...seems to make IE10 behave in your case. You must check at your end so we know it isn't an "only on some systems" fix. I'll test if that fix works in my cases, when I get around to it. Installed IE10 yesterday so I am a little behind.

Now, I haven't found out what IE10 does here. May be a new version of Trident's old "(un)collapse margins erratically on re-flow" bug ... haven't had to battle that bug since IE6. Must investigate further.
