It would be nice and IMO a smart move forward for Bootstrap 
to remove all the excess and package it as a separate modular downloads.
Icons, animations, styles and then have just the framework available without. 
Call it Bootstrap Bones... lol ...you heard it here first. :P

I would use that religiously I think. 
Sigh, one can wish though right!?
