Do you use sccs or rather cssc?

I am not sure whether you used cssc, but neither sccs nor cssc contain such
a message.

BTW: If you like to use the real sccs system, it is OpenSource, works on
Cygwin and implements the full set of SCCS comands and features.

Recent development versions are in:

        https://sourceforge.net/projects/schilytools/files/

They are preferred....

The latest so called "stable" release is at:

        https://sourceforge.net/projects/sccs/files/

See also:

        http://sccs.sourceforge.net/

It is not recommended to use "sccs delta", as there are better high level
methods like "sccs delget" and to check in: "sccs create".

See man pages:

        http://sccs.sourceforge.net/man/index.html
e.g.:
        http://sccs.sourceforge.net/man/sccs.1.html
