Since they were never part of ctakes, just sharing the same repository, I think 
it's better to just not load them into the svn repo.

For this, svndumpfilter is your friend.

Something along the lines of:

    cat original_sourceforge_dump_file | \
      svndumpfilter exclude /tags/MedKAT_1.0 | \
      svndumpfilter exclude /trunk/MedKATp_all | \
      svndumpfilter exclude /trunk/PEP \
      > clean_dump_file__ctakes_only

Also, can I get my source forge id of mattcoarr-work mapped to my apache id of 
mattcoarr when the repository is loaded?
