Hey Pei, Your proposal below is a fine first step in the Incubator and I think we can target namespace moving to o.a.ctakes post release on the next one.
+1 from me to move forward on that. On the other hand if there is interest/time to port the namespaces, that always helps for folks on the IPMC who don't follow this list and who may raise an issue about the package namespaces. In that case, you can refer them to this conversation and prior conversation on it stating the plan. Thanks!
