build problem

Hi,

I am trying to check out cTAKES and build it but I am getting a build 
error. Maven stumbles on the smoking-status module. I think the problem 
is in TypeSystem.xml file in the smoking-status module. Maven has 
problems importing the common type system, i.e.:

    <import name="org.apache.ctakes.typesystem.types.TypeSystem"/>
