The Chunker unit test cases needs updating.
The unit-test-model-bin.gz, etc. needs updating. Missing the
manifest.properties. I presume after the opennlp upgrade, we never updated the
unit tests.
Larger question- Why do we need special models for unit tests? Can't we use
the default bundled such as chunker.bin and just update the expected results?
