I have made the path changes in the user guide, but there were many cases in
which the paths are inconsistent altogether at the moment (ctakes-chunker/desc/
is missing subdirs) so I placed them in strikeout so that they are easy to
find/edit later. I will open a Jira item on the path inconsistencies. In
addition, my installation is missing all of the test data directories.

Nope. I thought I saw a 3.1 somewhere. If wrong I'll need to go back and change
all those.

Thanks

You mention 3.1, was that a typo?
The release that is hopefully to be released soon, as the first Apache cTAKES
release, is 3.0

Thanks for all the work on the doc!
