* Removed a patch on characters with accents (as pLaTeX 2016-07-01)
* We don't have to execute
\directlua{luatexja.otf.enable_ivs()}
to use IVS, since luaotfload already supports it.
(The code is not changed. Only the documentation has been updated.)
* Fix a bug on discretionary nodes with non-zero baselineshift.
