* Sync with latest platex and jsclasses.
\strutbox is redefined as a macro which is expanded to
one of \ystrutbox, \tstrutbox, and \dstrutbox,
according to the current direction.
* luatexja-preset.sty: added jfm_yoko=... and jfm_tate=... options.
* {y,t}albaselineshift now applies to a \vcenter box, as pTeX.
