New command \rotate to rotate by 90° the cells of the array.
Option 'vlines' to draw automatically all the vertical rules (similar to
hlines).
Option 'baseline' for {NiceArray}: the baseline of the whole array can be set
equal to
the baseline of a row of the array (given by its number).
The name of the Tikz nodes created by the command \Block has changed: when the
command
has been issued in the cell i-j, the name of the node corresponding to that
block is now
'i-j-block'. A 'medium' node may also be created for that block.
