Possibility to put labels on the dotted lines drawn by \Ldots, \Cdots, \Vdots,
\Ddots,
\Iddots, \Hdotsfor and \line in the 'code-after'. The syntax uses the
characters '_' and
'^'.
The option 'baseline' is now available in all the environments of nicematrix.
Alternative syntax of the code-after with the command \CodeAfter at the end of
the
environment.
