Hi All, I've just joined the group. I am inexperienced with Java but have many years of experience with programming in other languages. My son is studying Java at school and I am learning it along with him as I try to help him. We are currently battling to find an obscure bug in a project he's doing and have pretty much exhausted the use of System.out.println() to track execution paths and values of variables. I think that we need a graphical debugger and I was hoping that you could refer me to one. It needs to be freeware, not too large a download and preferably run on Windows but Linux will work too.
