The debugger in netbeans...
How do I see the console for my application when I'm debugging in
Netbeans? (NetBeans5-beta)
I setup a 'free form' project. At least I think it was called free
form. I got my ant script to do all the right things, I got the
NetBeans menus to call the correct ant targets. I even managed to get
the programming running, debugging, breakpoints, everything working
wonderfully, and pretty excellently in fact, but for the life of me I
could not work out how to see the console for my application being debugged.
I was using NetBeans5-beta.

I think that we need a graphical debugger and I was hoping that you
could refer me to one. It needs to be freeware, not too large a
download and preferably run on Windows but Linux will work too.
The debugger in Netbeans (www.netbeans.org) is /excellent/, and since
it is written in Java runs on almost-anything (well.... maybe not on
cellphones.... yet ;-)
