I think it is something we can decide once we have a functioning JUG
(ie. one that is actually meeting regularly) and executive. There are a
number of very active user groups in Cape Town (eg. Cape Town Linux User
Group) from which we can also seek advice. But I don't see it as one of
the most important issues we need to address.
