Hi Laurie, We did an online book order on June 12th
and have not received the books yet. Several phone
calls to Ingram have not been too fruitful. But,
yesterday, they said they would do the order again.
(Hope we don't receive a double order!) I also placed
an online order this week and did not know how to
change us from Tennessee to Fort Wayne on the screen.
Called Ingram and they said that it did not affect us,
that we are still coming out of Tennessee. So, I went
ahead and placed the order using the Tennessee
distribution point. Do you think we'll get our books?
