This message applies only to libraries that are using the EBSCO
Administration module to customize their access to EBSCO databases:

EBSCO has asked us to send a message to all such users cautioning them NOT
to set the global full text limiter to "on." By doing so it is imposible to
retrieve any results for a citation in Applied Science & Technology,
MEDLINE, and ERIC, and it will greatly limit your results in other
databases. Because of the "Smartlinks" feature of the EBSCOHost interface,
TexShare members link from citation databases to the full text of articles
in other EBSCO databases. Users that set the global full text limiter to
"on" will lose all of the full text articles that would be retrieved through
the "Smartlinks" feature.

Questions can be addressed to EBSCO Support at 800-758-5995.
