The Public Library Annual Report Form is not yet available to public libraries. We expect to release the form within the next two weeks. We have been working with our online report form vendor to make the annual report process easier for you. We are also training system staff this coming week so that they can better assist you in completing the reports. While your log-in and password will be the same as last year, you will now access the online reporting form directly from the Texas State Library web site. You will also be able to print off a copy of last year's report for your files.
We hope that you find the improvements make the reporting process much easier and more efficient than ever before. Further details soon.
