Happy New Year! I've heard from one library that the vendors aren't sending invoices to you with the shipments, nor soon after. Don is getting them, and is making a copy and mailing that to you. I realize it's early yet in the ordering year, because of delays in allowing you to order, so if there are other challenges with invoicing, please let me know. We didn't ask the vendors to do anything different this year, so we are as surprised as anyone that it isn't the same. (Sigh.)
