Dear member libraries, CTLS is delighted that most of you are making progress toward spending your system collection development money this fiscal year. We realize that asking you to hold off for a few months may have been challenging. It also was complicating to ask you to distinguish between regular system orders and those children's materials orders that were to be indicated as "Texas Settlement," materials to be charged against the amount we asked you to spend to conform to the Toys R Us settlement. Would you please continue to indicate the orders that are "Texas Settlement" by writing those words on the top of the appropriate invoices when you send them to Don? Thanks so much!
