The Austin Public Library has developed a workshop for their staff on
challenging customer behaviors. They would like to "try it out" on
other library's staff to get some feedback. CTLS will be offering the
workshop at the Cedar Park Library on Friday, June 27th. Dixie
Tischler, trainer for the Austin Public Library, would like to have at
least 15 people to attend. If you would like to come or know of others
not on the list who might be interested or have any questions, call or
email either Jane or me at CTLS.
