We have just a newer version of the Koran. We were offered more, but
declined them.

We received a box of gift books from the Council on American Islamic
Relations, Wash. D. C. We have been given Islamic books by the local
Islamic folks.

Have any of you received books from this group? It would overbalance the
collection in our library if we added all the titles--I wondered how many
Islamic titles some of you have in your collections.

The letter states that this project was in the Nov. 2002 American Libraries
magazine. The purpose seems to be to help educate Americans about Islamic
beliefs.
