The General Libraries is making available to TexShare institutions surpus and superceded materials accumulated since the review last fall.  We are using the TexShare distribution list to make it easier to route this information within your libraries.

These materials will be available for review and selection by your representative(s)
29 September-3 October and 6-10 October 2003 from 8:30 am-4:30 pm in the Collections Deposit Library (CDL), located at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Red River St. in Austin.

These materials are offered at no cost; however, packing and transportation are the responsibility of the selecting institution. We ask that selected materials be removed during the review period or no later than Friday, 17 October 2003.

Materials being offered include withdrawn titles and older out-of-scope or surplus gift items.  Condition ranges from fair to good, depending on previous use.  To assist you in review and/or selection, the material is shelved by general subject area. Subject listings are expressed in linear feet.
