A full-day intensive seminar for both experienced and new "One Book"
planners. Participants will learn how to plan and execute world-class "One
Book" initiatives for their communities. Topics include choosing a book,
managing special events, finding funding, organizing discussion series,
community partnerships, working with publishers, and target audience marketing.
Participants will also receive a "One Book, One Community" CD
containing an extensive planning guide and professionally designed customizable
promotional materials for "One Book" projects.
