Good news! Six CTLS-area libraries have received Tocker Foundation grants in the latest funding round. Giddings Public Library - $50,000 Lampasas Public Library - $1,724 Manor Public Library - $2,500 Meridian Library Association - $28,986 Robertson County Library, Franklin - $2,400 Round Top Library - $3,838 The Tocker Foundation has adopted a goal of promoting Texas public libraries in communities of 12,000 or less. Over 60 library projects were reviewed for the benefits to be provided to the community in the June, 2003, round. Twenty-eight projects were funded. Applications for the next funding period are due January 15, 2004. Please call on me if you'd like more information or help preparing an application.
