Five Owls program. The Five Owls publication started in the early 1980s
as a publication for readers personally and professionally involved in
children's literature. The publisher, Dan Dailey has just moved to
Marathon, Texas and has some new ideas and features. With a subscription
to the quarterly journal ($35.00) the library receives the Five Owls parent's
newsletter. The library is also eligible to receive hundreds of dollars worth of free
children's books. If you have questions, or want to receive a copy of the
Five Owls newsletter please write to Dan Dailey at [EMAIL PROTECTED] I also want to add that the publication
includes book reviews, interviews with authors, ideas for using books, and motivational
reading tips. The paper quality is good and content is outstanding.
We should all be happy that Dan Dailey and Five Owls has moved from Minnesota
to Texas. Mary D. Lankford Library Consultant Mary D. Lankford |
