One of our member libraries just got version 3 of the Oxford English Dictionary on CD-Rom. They are offering version 2 to the first library that wants it. See the technical requirements below. "The entire OED on one CD (+ one installation disc)... works on W95, 98, NT (we've been using it on 2000), recommended 64 MB RAM, 750 MB of hard disk space. It's worth several hundred dollars ..." If this is something you've always wanted but never could afford, and you have a computer on which to run it, please send me a reply at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] This will take up a lot less space than the 20+ volumes.
