items being on "permanent loan" to them? If so, I'm interested in how you
handle it and what type of documentation or records, if any, you maintain.
Do you have a written agreement? My potential "permanent loan" item comes
under the heading of furnishings, but I could also see where it might pertain to
a special collection.
